If I were to rate it purely on how well it cooks I would give it 5 stars as it's pretty good for an electric grill but I'm rating it overall. There are two things I don't like about it. The glass doesn't cover the back of the grill, so you'll have to clean up a big mess on the counter while cooking as it spills onto the back. It would be nice if they covered the back of the grill. I've also had trouble cleaning food where the handles are on the cooking grate. Rather wash it in the dishwasher or in the sink, food gets in there and is difficult to clean. I have a brush to put in there, but it takes a while to get little bits of food out. It cooks food really quickly, but I have a feeling I'll get there where I'm not using it because I don't like cleaning up extra mess. Simply clean the glass lid, grid and drip tray.
