Description of Secura 1800-Watt Smokeless Indoor Grill with Reversible 2-in-1 🔥 Cast Iron Plate, Glass Lid, and Extra-Large Dishwasher Safe Drip Tray

The Secura portable electric grill has a reversible, non-stick, cooking plate measuring 15.5”x11.5”, about 180 square inches; a super large cooking surface saves you cooking time and allows easy movement of food around while you grill or BBQ. Removable heavy duty tri-ply cooking plate with the heating element sandwiched between the grill plate and griddle plate. Grill and Griddle 2-in-1, saves your cabinet space. Removable glass lid prevents splatter and retains heat (extra moisture vents from sides keeping food crispy) while you barbecue. Cool-touch handles and housing. Removable adjustable thermostat control. Heating indicator light. Product measurements: 20-1/4. Grease channels help drain excess oils and fats away from your food and collect in the drip tray. The drip tray is removable and disassembles easily for cleaning. Only for use with North American Electrical Standards, 120V 60Hz. 1-Year Manufacturers Limited Warranty.

My longtime grill that everyone knows as 'their' grill is finally dead so I wanted a better and larger drain system with a medium to large cooktop. This grill is easy to use, has a large cooking space (holds about 6-8 large hamburgers or 12+ hot dogs). Easy to clean, the grill surface is very easy to clean, the temperature can be regulated. I hope this will last me through 7 years as my other did.

Justifies the hype!

I read the great reviews and was a bit skeptical that this grill/pan would live up to all the hype. Well it is. I've used it several times and just love it! Beautifully finished, very smooth pan surface. A little awkward to wash in the small sink (it's bigger than my kitchen sink) but worth it. Everything is very easy to disassemble and wash piece by piece. The cover is great! Great, it's even getting hot. You can set the temperature in degrees instead of the 1 to 10 range like my old skillet…

Really good indoor grill.

Works great. There are hot spots on the hob. Tested with an infrared thermometer, the connector end is 20-30*F hotter than the other end. The middle is pretty flat. It browns steaks well and leaves nice grill marks. The smoke is not bad at all (there is some, but not enough to smoke the kitchen for a long time). Suitable for a light breakfast. Only criticism is that the area could be a bit bigger, but for two people that's not bad. To give you an idea, you can cook a whole bunch of asparagus on

But cooks great. at Indoor Grills & Griddles

If I were to rate it purely on how well it cooks I would give it 5 stars as it's pretty good for an electric grill but I'm rating it overall. There are two things I don't like about it. The glass doesn't cover the back of the grill, so you'll have to clean up a big mess on the counter while cooking as it spills onto the back. It would be nice if they covered the back of the grill. I've also had trouble cleaning food where the handles are on the cooking grate. Rather wash it in the dishwasher or

Highly recommended - would recommend and would recommend to friends

I have only used this grill 3 times; However, the two chicken breasts I cooked were juicy and even had nice grill marks. The burgers were the same. Cleaning was a breeze. I hand washed in less than 5 minutes. The glass lid is easy to remove for cleaning and the grill is easy to clean with a sponge and some soap, without friction. When I used it there was no oil in the pan, the juice stayed in the meat. This is a great size for a family. Update: I've had this for over 18 months now and it's…

Great food, not so great housekeeping but read my tricks in my review.

First let me say that you cannot use the grill indoors due to smoke issues. I already knew that from previous indoor grills. A frying pan is great for indoor use because when making pancakes etc the fat doesn't drip and you use a lower temperature. No grill is easy to clean and this one is no exception. Especially hard in a standard size kitchen sink. However, I have a few tricks to make this easier. 1. Order George Foreman grill cleaning sponges. They have grooves and remove grill residue…

A reliable device that will appeal to most.

Usage: Cook bacon and eggs 10 times for breakfast sandwiches 8 times, 1 time for hamburgers and 1 time for pancakes. Two adults and a teenager used this device. I have used 2 other similar devices. Pros: Seems to heat up quickly and evenly (pancakes only had a faint browning spot showing where the burning element was when cooked at 300 degrees Fahrenheit). A: For those who actively grill (i.e. can't leave the cooking alone), the glass top is basically useless. There are no marks to align the…

The grill and stove were quickly replaced!

Good! Now it's easy and much more convenient! At first I looked everywhere, thinking of propane or electricity, cheap or expensive, and if I really wanted to use it or if it was a one-time thing. That being said, I found this, ordered it, and "seasoned" both sides as per the instructions for use. Product arrived exactly as described, in solid packaging with no parts lost or broken (1 star). The guide is very helpful and well written (1 star). I know some users here have asked if it comes with a
