The grill and stove were quickly replaced!

Good! Now it's easy and much more convenient! At first I looked everywhere, thinking of propane or electricity, cheap or expensive, and if I really wanted to use it or if it was a one-time thing. That being said, I found this, ordered it, and "seasoned" both sides as per the instructions for use. Product arrived exactly as described, in solid packaging with no parts lost or broken (1 star). The guide is very helpful and well written (1 star). I know some users here have asked if it comes with a scraper, and IT IS! So don't buy extra, it even has teeth on one end for the side of the grill pan. It was mopped/cleaned and seasoned. Ready to use! Let me just say I've had this product for about 3 weeks now and it doesn't wear off, it's pretty easy to clean (1 star) and I just keep it in my oven since I live in Arizona and it will also wow in the summer months it is hot here to use the stove. This item takes up a lot of counter space as it fits perfectly in my top rack oven, a standard sized oven. However, this isn't a downside for me as I knew the size was pretty good based on reviews, product descriptions and photos from other users. Hot dogs with toasted buns. The pan gets quite hot and heats evenly throughout the pan with no cold or very hot spots (1 star), so I just cooked on it while it was on my stovetop and then turned on the under-microwave vent while it was cooking . Steaks, hamburgers, and hot dogs give off some smoke, and apartment life builds up pretty quickly. The removable glass lid is also nice, although I'm a keen controller when it comes to cooking, so I just take it off and put it on. In addition, most of the time when something splashes, the glass surface becomes another object that needs cleaning after cooking (1 star). Worried about cleaning up other people's messes. The grill/pan doesn't heat up the kitchen like a stove or oven, and cleaning is a lot easier too. A very happy consumer! Now I just need more recipes and ideas to use this! As you can see in the attached photos. I used the side of the grill to cook the steak, no butter or oil was used to cook it and it still came out with very nice burn marks. The veggies I used from the side of the pan (it's very easy to turn the grill/pan even when hot just have to be careful), no butter or oil, just a few drops of water and then some salt and pepper. The steak was fantastic, probably the best steak I've had in a while and the zucchini was to die for for the taste!

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Periodicity
