Jumpers were useless for me. Alligator clips were ok or good. Construction was ok or good. The ends of the wires were stripped at a small distance. The wire was bent back for insulation and the terminal crimped onto the insulated wire and bare wire. I think this is an unreasonable design. The problem is in the line. 19" cables have a measured resistance of 0.8 ohms. This is probably not a problem for many or even most applications but may be a problem for others. Clips and connection were 0K. I took the kits apart and replaced the solid copper wire.I soldered it on with some regret, thinking that the crimping might be as good as the originals, or at least good enough.
