Perfectly synced with Surface Pro 5 (2017) LTE. Intuitive.

My fiancee and son got me this and a Surface Pro 5 (2017) LTE for my birthday and Father's Day, less than four weeks apart. This "regular" pen works so well I can't think of anything better than a Microsoft branded pen. The photos I've attached show some of the things I did with the pen. "Flowers" are sketches of a child we sponsor with Compassion International that I colored in pencil. The writing sample is my handwriting with a pen. I fell in love with journaling even more because I can write down my thoughts by hand, which helps me move better and save them as a digital file. I don't have to go through the psychological alienation between my writing and myself that comes with typing. I use a Microsoft Garage Project app called "Journal" which allows me to leave it as is or convert pages to text very easily. When I interact with our godchild, I do both. I'm converting it to text for the Compassion International landing page, but adding images that I can copy and paste Special into a Publisher file or other file that I save as a JPG or other compatible format. I write for a long time and I don't feel uncomfortable. The only problem I have is the position and style of the buttons. It's a rocker button that, when not activated, sits almost flush with the surface of the pen's body. I don't have many faulty button activations, but these human fingers are uncomfortable to work with. I highly recommend this pen as a great alternative to the much more expensive and comfortable Microsoft Pen for Surface Pro 5. LTE.
