Product not as described, waste of money

The ad says it will be charged once for a few hours of use but that really disappoints me. After fully charged, it is used less than 5 hours and I cannot charge the pen. I contact customer support email address. After about 3 days of waiting for an answer, I have to return the product and get another one for my daily work. Customer service is very unprofessional.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

It really is as good as the Microsoft pen or better

No complaints. Nice and cooler design than Microsoft pen. Accurate, responsive and great quality feel. Needs to be charged which can be a minus except I've used it for over 10 hours and still have no charging issues. Plus a 15 minute charge (from your Surface) can give you several hours of usage. So it's hard to imagine that charging will prevent you from using it. If you're looking for a surface pen don't go straight to the MS brand, start here, I doubt you need to go further.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Long wait

Perfectly synced with Surface Pro 5 (2017) LTE. Intuitive.

My fiancee and son got me this and a Surface Pro 5 (2017) LTE for my birthday and Father's Day, less than four weeks apart. This "regular" pen works so well I can't think of anything better than a Microsoft branded pen. The photos I've attached show some of the things I did with the pen. "Flowers" are sketches of a child we sponsor with Compassion International that I colored in pencil. The writing sample is my handwriting with a pen. I fell in love with journaling even more because I can write

OK, not the best.

The handle is comfortable to hold, very ergonomic. It has a rounded body with a flat side where the keys are located, allowing it to rest easily on a tabletop or tablet surface without rolling. The pre-installed tip is a Microsoft OEM tip that comes with two other tips of different durometers. The connection to the Surface Pro is fast. It has an internal battery that lasts quite a long time and has an automatic sleep mode if you don't use it for a certain period of time. I topped it up with the

Now I have three pens for my three Surface devices, two from Uogic and a second version of MS Pen. I have the original Used Uogic pen as my first choice as it was comfortable and just the best fit for my hand. I originally bought it because it was a third of the price of an MS Pen when I bought my second Surface, the Go model and didn't want to pay a ridiculous price for an MS Pen. I liked it, wrote a review about it which most people found useful and for the price I still think the original…
