It's terrible to wear. You don't have to be quick as it takes a few minutes to just take it out of the box and then peel off the backing so it doesn't jump, stretch or stick to itself. What about that little blue piece on the other end that you take away? Lol it just spins. I'll say once it's on, it's on. Get it right the first time because there is no conversion. Also, your wound will be sticky, so good luck trying to pull the blister out without peeling it off the skin. As you can imagine I am not a fan and will not buy it again. I do not recommend.
