Unfortunately, I had a terrible time with KerKoor. I was thrilled to discover a web business that catered to home renovation needs, but I was quickly disillusioned by the low quality of their equipment and the inaccessibility of their support staff. KerKoor sold me low-quality goods, and I regret buying them. I had a hard time finishing my do-it-yourself tasks since the tools seemed cheap and broke easily. I was already frustrated by the situation when I tried contacting customer service and heard nothing back. In addition, I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the items I required. I was able to find the identical products on other websites for considerably less money, so I would not recommend shopping here. Overall, my interactions with KerKoor were very dissatisfying. I was unable to finish any of my do-it-yourself jobs because of the low quality of their items and the inefficiency of their customer support. If you are in need of high-quality home remodeling tools and supplies, I would not suggest shopping at KerKoor.
