Review on 🚀 Airaid Cold Air Intake System for 1991-2001 JEEP Cherokee - Enhances Horsepower, Offers Superior Filtration (AIR-310-136) by Stephen Zimmer

I was able to install this air intake in 15 minutes max using standard tools. It fits perfectly under the hood. The first two things I noticed was that the engine wasn't struggling anymore (RPM was about 500 lower) and indeed most of the inline-6 whine was gone, replaced by a low rumble under throttle and simply the best sound. good while driving. Acceleration, especially from 0 to 60, is much better, and cruising on the freeway is a bit smoother, and again the engine doesn't work as hard. There seems to be some increase in MPG, but I haven't done the actual calculations yet. I'm estimating an increase of about 1mpg, unfortunately I don't drive very far to work (3 miles) and it's all city driving so highway driving could be more. I would recommend this to anyone with a Cherokee 4.0.
