I am a female with small hands (6in long) this scrubber is bigger than my whole hand. It’s nice cause I can wrap it around my body parts easier. After some trial and error here are a few things I will say- 1. Get your body wet and keep the scrubber dry, add your body wash in a zig zag formation across the scrubber, rub the dry scrubber against your skin and it will bubble up better. 2. This will not make as much bubbles as a loofah will, it still works though. 3. I think I use a little more body wash with this than a loofah just cause the body wash kind of comes off the scrubber easier. 4. It works for both hands. 5. Hangs well with the included loop. Overall dries great and stays nice and clean, scrubbed off some dirt on my legs good as well.
