The iDesign disposable cup dispenser should really only be called a paper cup holder as it is just a large plastic cup with smaller paper cups upside down. The main downside is that the dimensions make it appear that both 3 ounce and 5 ounce disposable paper cups can fit, but the 5 ounce cups are too wide at the mouth to fit in the holder, as they taper downwards. You can attach a couple of 5 ounce paper cups but they won't touch the bottom of the holder. When the item arrived the base was not securely attached to the bottom of the holder but I squeezed it together and it snapped into place. . If I were considering using this with the smaller 3 ounce paper cups I would take the holder apart and epoxy glue the base and holder to eliminate the air space between them and a potential source of bacterial growth due to moisture build up remove.
