I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.

I've been using Samsung phones since I got my first one 18 years ago (X100). I've tried several other brands (Philips, LG, Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo), but I always end up coming back to Philips (this is already my 5th device from Samsung, and 2nd flagship). For the simple reason that after experiencing Samsung's quality for yourself, you will never settle for anything less.

Pros

Very stylish and ergonomic, this camera is a cut above the competition compared to Chinese rivals like Xiaomi and others. Bug-free firmware and software (and I can find them) • Factory-applied protective coating on the screen; • "God" usability rating

Cons

No one, no matter how well off they are, can be happy about Samsung's decision to mimic Apple in its quest to extort money from consumers. For instance, there is no 3.5 mm tiny jack here, and a typical USB type-C adapter from Xiaomi won't work, so you'll need to fork over $2,000 for a "special" branded adaptor from Samsung. In a short while, they want to begin selling the breathable air contained within the smartphone's packaging. Also, there is no charger included; if you need one, you will have to purchase one somewhere.
