It is too thick to fit into the slots/guides of the chambers. However, this is NOT a showstopper! I just took some sandpaper and in a few seconds I was able to reduce the thickness enough to solve the problem. I left the fit snug enough that I had to tap it to get it in place, but a snug fit is good because where we live there are a lot of strong winds. Once the mounting tab issue was resolved, installation couldn't have been easier. Works great for my backyard camera. The gutter was really my only mounting option and I didn't want to drill holes in the gutter. The solar panel keeps the batteries 100% charged. Too bad I didn't install the solar panels BEFORE spending the money on a second battery!
