I read many reviews about this powder being rich in heavy metals and almost bought it. I did a little research and found a study that everyone has seen. The study listed Vega vanilla powder, and it wasn't the only powder brand that was high in heavy metals (many other brands I've tried). These traces were mostly found in vanilla flavored powders if you read the report. So I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I've been using it for over a month now and I really like this powder. It really helps my recovery after a workout and satisfies my hunger for hours. I would recommend this powder to people but you can research the heavy metal claims yourself.
