I'm tired of cutting off the ends of corn on the cob with a dull knife. Even when my knife was sharp, it seemed to be the wrong design. I examined several butcher knives. There are quite a lot of them. It had good reviews and was also quite economical. It's not the most expensive and probably not the best. But let me tell you, it does the job. Cutting corn is easy. Partly because of the weight of the knife. And he's incredibly sharp. So much so that my wife cut her finger removing it when she wasn't careful. I can unreservedly recommend this knife.
