Review on 🔌 Tuwejia USB-C to HDMI Adapter with 4K Resolution, USB 3.0 and Charging Port - Compatible with MacBook, Pixel, XPS13, Yoga 900, Lumia 950Xl by Jeff Rubio

I bought this thing last year to use a wired headset and USB-C fast charge on my Pixel 2 at the same time. I can confirm this after many adapters (this one, USB-A male to USB-C female). , USB-C male to 3.5mm female) this setup works great, aside from the fact that it looks absolutely ridiculous. I recently bought the switch and today I remembered I had this adapter and what do you know the switch recognizes it as a docking station (with enough USB-C power I used the official USB-C charger that comes with shipped with the switch). Alternatively, I can use my Mayflash Gamecube controller adapter in this setup by plugging the black USB cable into the adapter (see photo). The instructions for the Mayflash adapter explicitly state that it can only be used with one USB cable instead of both. YMMV, but hopefully someone finds it useful.
