If there's a draft on your door, you need this draft stopper. We have replaced our back door and now need to redo some of the floors but time is always an issue. At the same time, quite a noticeable draft comes out of the door, so I decided to order this draft limiter. I have to tell you I wasn't very hopeful as I've tried other windshields but they haven't been that helpful. However, this works very well! The other one I tried stuck to the bottom of the door making it difficult to maneuver. This one isn't like that at all. It's made of fabric and has some weight, which is a great feature. The extra weight helps keep it in place and absorbs the cold. When I walk past the door and the damper is on, I do NOT feel any cold. It came with velcro but I decided I wouldn't use it as we often use the door to let my pup in and out on the potty. breaks so you can just bend down to move it easily enough. If we don't use the door often I might attach it with Velcro, but for now it works very well without. Will see if this seller has a longer plug as we could use that for a draft on our front door. The only problem is that this is our main door so I'm a little concerned that if I plug in and something happens we'll end up inside. The stopper is moveable even when stuck at the bottom of the door so I don't think it will be a big problem, just a small hindrance. I highly recommend this doorstop if you have drafts in your door. Whether cool air in winter or AC loss in summer.
