I love how user friendly my account admin side of this product, as well from reading some reviews around here other customers have been having an experience like myself with not being to figure out something or navigate easily through their program! Have experienced so many times trying for hours just be able fix issue i had but was very frustrating sometimes!! It makes me happy when it's all working great :) Nothing comes close yet if there ever will come time where someone can implement such platform then they should really check them selfs first because its going take more work than expected it seems now days! The speed of response to all my questions, very friendly people who work there! Nothing so far as I can think off hand but they are quick with any help we need or ask for!! Highly recommended. They have been great at solving our problems quickly and efficiently when issues arose during this transition period into new ownership over 2 years ago now. !
