If your radio is set to transmit at high power (e.g. 8W), these adapters do not have enough transmit power. I've tried 4 of them and none of them work (maybe they're fake?). I'm curious how other reviewers got them to work; Maybe they just used the radio for receiving (which works) or for lower power transmitting. Note. I have the BTech version and it works great.
