The best feature is that it allows us to manage our entire tour operation from one location. It's easy to use, has great customer service and is very affordable compared to some other software options. I do not like how slow it can be when loading data. Sometimes it takes several minutes to load data or even show up at all. If you are looking for a good solution for managing your tours and trips, this is it! We started using travel assist in 2012 and have had no problems since then. This was an excellent choice for our company. It allowed us to better organize our trips and improve customer service.
