The lid to seal the hole could certainly be used to fail, but other than that we really like it. That's actually more than I expected. At the end of December my cat underwent major surgery to remove a tumor. The biopsy showed aggressive cancer and that they didn't get all of them. It will return. I bought it at the end of March. He was due to be euthanized in early June. They just took away his ashes today. I will most likely colorize it like some reviewers did to personalize it. I also need a new engraving plate because I lost it and I would prefer silver anyway. I will post more pics as I paint.
