The ease in which you can use it, its flexibility to suit all needs from data collection through reporting or even payroll processing makes this software perfect for any business size! I have not found anything that would be annoying at least yet but there are some features missing like integration with other third party services (like Xero). We started using comea as our HRMS solution so we could manage employees easily without having too much paperwork/paperwork floating around within department files etc - This solved one problem really well however now another issue has arisen where reports need updating every time an employee changes role / leaves hence needing more than just 1 report per year end date e g Year End Payroll Report.
