Microfiber wash head is soft and the handle makes it easy to reach hard-to-reach places. In addition, it is very light. Like anything simple, you just can't handle it by hand or apply too much pressure. Some items were missing from my order, but the seller is working with me to replace them. The price is fair for the product. Would buy again.
