Secure is currently the best adhesive available.

Best I've tried so far. Upper dentures stay in place from morning to night. The bottoms sometimes need to be reattached after a few meals depending on how much pressure you put on them while eating. They can also be washed out if you drink a lot of fluids, but not always. When you apply it for the first time in the morning, it gives you peace of mind that your dentures are secure.

Pros

Secure's water insoluble properties are not affected by liquids or saliva
