Fat hardening on brief storage
Kept at room temperature in my tool box for only a few months; But when I had to lubricate the gasket of a diving watch case, I found that the lube turned into a gel and was difficult to apply to the gasket. What should have been a quick application turned into a time consuming process of removing hardened globs of grease from the gasket.
