Review on Aesop by John Destruction

The team has been so helpful in their approach to my project that I can't begin to describe how much easier it is working with them! They really listen, they're very responsive (to all of your comments) and are always happy for feedback/ideas - which helps you feel like you have ownership over everything that comes out from under their management umbrella.

It's difficult sometimes when we need something quickly but don't want an immediate update; however, if there isn't time between projects then this may be one way around that process issue. If you've got problems or questions about what you would like to see happen next, just ask away - they'll do whatever needs doing to make sure it happens ASAP. So far, nothing too negative as I think any business benefits I am having (ease of communication & collaboration) outweigh some minor issues at times where updates take longer than.
