Review on Evelots Microwave/Freezer Bowls: Convenient Food Storage Set with Lids - BPA Free Plastic, Set of 5 by Stephanie Wilson

I have a new smart oven that does so much I don't want to use the stove or oven that often. The challenge is having enough microwaveable utensils to support a variety of meals, from a bowl of hot porridge to a pot of soup to a casserole. These Evelot storage and cooking lidded containers are unique to all the other microwavable lidded bowls I've purchased. They serve both for cooking and storage (in the fridge or freezer) which is possible with many others, but NOT for cooking with a lid. Evelot designed cookware with a vent on each lid so I can steam and reheat food without splattering. I grew up watching my mom demonstrate how to lock in freshness with a burp at her Tupperware parties and I always appreciate how well the product keeps air and food inside. They do their job very well. The lids are very tight and I can hear the seal when I put the lid on. I am also for the size that Evelot includes in this pack. Graduated sizes save space and space in a clean closet. Simply place the lid of each container directly under the container in the next larger container, with the smallest container nested on top. I will be on the lookout for other innovations and microwave cookware from Evelot. Oh, and did I mention they have handles, so great for getting the container out of the microwave without the bulky hot pads!
