The trick is to truly follow the directions BEFORE using the pan.
Once you have it seasoned for use, it's an amazing pan and so easy to clean up with just a bit of dish soap and soft cloth. I've used mine many times already and still looks brand new! Pizza, oh now that's a grand idea for tonight's supper!
