I work with a lot of numbers but I work on an iMac and the wireless keyboard that came with the computer doesn't have 10 keys so I bought this external one. In terms of looks, it's almost the same height and thickness as a Mac keyboard, so when placed side by side they almost look like one keyboard. The 10-key metal is a bit shiny and has a bit more texture, and the keys are a little lighter white than a Mac keyboard, but I think you have to look for differences to notice this. As for keystrokes. , they work exactly as I expected - don't stick, not too delicate. Visually, they appear to be the same size as the keys on a Mac keyboard, but for some reason I'm having a hard time reaching the "/" key. somehow the keys seem to be a bit larger than a regular Mac keyboard. The only thing that worries me a little is that the battery life seems short to me. However, I re-read the other reviews and everyone else seems happy. I also re-read the description and think the charge lasts longer than advertised. I have found that I have to charge it every two weeks (it gets very heavy use - I don't turn it off at night and work around 50-70 hours a week). My only basis for comparison is the Mac keyboard itself, which stays charged much longer. I plan to use the 10 key on international trips as well, and will likely carry a second power adapter to support the peripherals I use most (electricity is a bit of a pain in the ass where I go, so I charge my power adapter and then load/operate the device from there to save me the hassle of plugging the electronics directly into the wall.but 4.5 stars seems like the best they deserve.Most likely I would get a car from someone else Buy brand made on same assembly line so I'm just adapting to this one My complaints about 'feels' and 'seems' are really not very tangible compared to the reality that this works well.Concerns You that I have very little frame of reference for this item (it's the only one I know of. Ever bought) I would say that I'm happy with my purchase and although I wouldn't bother If I would buy this brand again, I have no reason to avoid it.
