I love to sew but have never liked Boisse straps so I've always avoided projects that require a double fold but wanted to give them as gifts these presser try paw. At first I thought the presser foot looked flimsy and bothered me, but it fits my Brother sewing machine like any other presser foot I have and once you get used to the adjustment it really works that well. All you have to do is try with the rest of the fabric to find the exact position of the foot itself in relation to the desired stitch position and determine the ideal cutting tension to allow the fabric and bias tape to move forward. loose when you sew them in, but don't move sideways in the plastic wrap. It took me a few tries but now I think this little gadget just opened up a new sewing potential for me.
