I almost never write product reviews; However, I spent half a thousand on a product that worked for about 30 days. I contacted the seller and technical service to try to solve the problem but to no avail. I am a mechanic and wanted to use the A2 for diagnostic purposes. It was working great until one day I booted it up and the screen didn't freeze. I was able to long press the power button until it turned off, but the imager hasn't done anything since. I've tried everything the seller told me including contacting Amazon customer service. The device is in excellent condition, it still has the original screen cover and not a single scratch on it, so I believe there is an internal problem. I just wanted to exchange the device, instead I got nothing but an excuse. I will buy a FLIR product next time. I will edit this review when my issue is resolved, until then ATTENTION BUYERS!
