Review on 🚀 Helmet Prime by Dave Hersma

Bought two of these mountain bike helmets, one for me and one for my son. I'm used to wearing full face from motocross and karting where ff is actually required. FF helmets will always be heavier than half shell helmets though, for FF I was quite surprised at how light this cap is. It also got hotter as expected, but the vents seem to be working well and get cooler once you start riding. It's actually a strange feeling when you can feel the air moving around the back of your head like you're wearing a half shell. While not offering the same level of protection, my personal experience with this Fly-Racing Default helmet is that it saved my face from certain injuries when I landed face down on the rocks descending the Black Diamond Trail .
