Review on Dr Christophers Formulas Complete Massage by Amy Smith

I bought Dr. Christopher's Comprehensive Tissue and Bone Massage Oil because I was desperate. To complete to understand how well it worked for me I need to understand the saga of my story I was injured in March 2020 the pain was excruciating I could only walk a few steps with a cane while crying with the doctor in pain After the MRI the doctor recommended 6 weeks of physical therapy which helped for a while. But I kept stepping and almost falling because my knee gave out or the pain made me breathless. The doctor tried to drain the fluid from my knee. It also helped for a while , but did not solve problem and I still had similar problems.. 3 times a week.Of all the previous options, this has proved to be the most useful.p When I was discharged from treatment I was told that I mind Couldn't return at least 3 weeks Exhaustion almost daily after 10 months I was in dire need of some relief to continue the OrthoLaser progress. A friend mentioned some essential oils that can help with various issues with my knee, so I started looking for Revain and found out that Dr. Christopher Formulas Complete Tissue and Bone Massage Oil contains many of the oils she mentioned. I used the oil twice a day for about 2 weeks. The results were AMAZING! In these 2 weeks I felt better than in the 10 months before! However... I only use this product when the pain becomes unbearable and am looking for another essential oil blend that works instead. Reasons for my continued search 3 Huge CONS.1. This product requires refrigeration. The refrigeration makes it very inconvenient to use as you can't take it with you. I wanted something I could take on a trip or put in my purse to help with emergencies and that's definitely not an option with this product.2. This product can stain your clothes. I was able to get around this by pouring the oil into a roller bottle to keep it from spilling and using a cotton swab to apply and wipe off the excess oil.3. The package directions say to use for no more than 2 weeks at a time and no more than 4-6 weeks per year. I contacted a herbalist friend who told me that some ingredients can cause serious health complications with long-term use. Problems with the liver, kidneys, etc. I guess so I decided it wasn't worth the risk of further complications. Final Analysis: Yes, it works! Wonderful! I love it. However, the disadvantages mentioned above mean that I will only use this product very limited and will continue to look for another product that can be used for a long time.
