I was very relieved to find this Prime eligible replacement LCD screen at a great price after my laptop (Latitude E5420) accidentally experienced some PSI readings that were too high would have. The LCD I got is very sharp. It is suitable for both work and play. Two things to consider before buying: Choosing a glossy or matte finish is entirely dependent on the occasion. I have shiny, I didn't like it. After removing distracting glare, the image is richer and sharper than my previous matte LCD. My LCD has a "hot" pixel in the center, which is probably why it's so cheap. A hot pixel isn't a problem for office work, but it can be a bit distracting when it comes to art and entertainment. I am assuming these LCDs are from the manufacturers "seconds". Overall, this LCD is a satisfactory replacement at a great price.
