Review on 80 Feet 1 mm Nylon Beading String or Knotting Cord - 12 Pcs Assorted Multi Color by LolliBeads (TM) by Heather Shaw

I bought this for beadwork but it is too thick. I can't even thread it through a beading needle. If you cut it, it will wear out and won't come loose like embroidery floss. It's more like a thin rope. It ties well so it can make good friendship bracelets or macrame, but it's also shiny and slippery, comes in twisted long coils, and is a complete mess to try and untangle. For the price, I would personally stick with embroidery floss. I gave 3 stars because it's not totally useless, the best I can think of for this is some sort of school project like making a cell phone or sticking it in a design on paper, but it's useless for that, what it is advertised for. when swaging. It is only suitable for beads 8mm or larger in diameter that have been drilled with larger holes. Some of my 8mm beads snagged trying to weave them, some fit. Very disappointed and not at all what was expected.
