Cumbersome connector in the accessories
At first I had a few problems with the correct position of the magnetic connector on the camera. Did a lot of trial and error but in the end it worked and it charges as expected. Just don't be surprised when you've got it installed and plugged in, but it doesn't tell you it's charging. In your app you should see the following icon on your camera's battery indicator if everything is working correctly!
