Worked on my 2008 Ford Ranger Sport 4WD/4.0L
. with a little adjustment it works great. The gap between the two latches was 1-2 millimeters narrower than the part of the shutter that goes there; Simply adjust (compress) both sides of the clasp with a hammer and it will fit perfectly between the latches.
