First off, they can and should sound great! However, the first BTC1 I ordered had a broken right-hand connector and it came loose with the slightest movement. They sounded great, the controls are easy and comfortable even with gloves on, but apart from wearing them under different helmets I bought them mainly for the gym so it was a little annoying. I arranged a warranty exchange through MEE support and honestly it was one of the most painless RMAs I've ever done. They responded quickly and sent me a new one very quickly. The 2nd set had no problems with the jack, but the sound was pretty poor and the bass was very distorted at all volumes. It appeared to be a very simple software issue, but since there was no way to fix it, I submitted a third RMA. A new one was sent to me very quickly. The third, I'm happy to say, is absolutely perfect. Great sound, no connection problems. Now my only complaint. Unlike the other cables in the M6 kit, the headphone loop is not a flexible cable wrap and cannot flex to your ear, so they don't stick. in place, as well as hard wires. So overall, as a consumer, I was a little trying, but the seller was polite and responsive. This is a sign of a reputable company that will likely see my business again. I ended up with a great pair of Bluetooth headphones with great sound quality and great battery life (8 hours as advertised) ********************* ** **TL;DR ************************************************ ** ************************************************** *** ** **** Pros: Convenient management. even with motorcycle gloves.
