I like that Accord has a very user-friendly interface, and I like that it is very easy to navigate. I like that you can create your own forms and use it to submit to the insurance companies. I dislike that you can't print the forms. I would say that it is a little hard to navigate at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is a very easy system to use. I would say that this program is great for helping small businesses get compliant with the Affordable Care Act. It is very easy to use for any type of business.
