Postural support without padding on the armpits

I am a hairdresser (about 10 years old) and have constant pain in my shoulders, neck and back. I wear this brace to work and it's amazing how much better my posture at work has gotten! It's snug but not tight and doesn't dig into your body. Previously I've used postural bases that dig into your armpits/front shoulders. It's so convenient. I've been wearing it for a month now and I won't go to work without it. Certainly life saving!
