Easy-to use interface with many templates available out of box; great customer support team who is always willing help when needed (even at odd hours); can be used as standalone or integrated in another system like Salesforce etc.; very flexible - it's easy create custom fields/templates which helps us keep our data up2date across multiple systems / projects internally within organization ; best part would have been if we could get more customization options while building new modules but that was not possible due pricing model &amp price tag associated wth such feature set offered by this product! Great tool overall especially considering ease of using UI along side other tools i am currently working upon! Highly recommend!! We've had few issues related to integration into SFDC where they were able resolve them promptly without any additional charges from their end so far!! Very happy user experience thusfar :).
