So for about a week I got terribly sick drinking this and didn't know it could be (I think my body just wasn't adapting to the amount of caffeine used at 4am). ). The tingling sucks, but I figured if I had a power bar before drinking it would ease the itch. I also drink mine 15 minutes beforehand because 30 minutes later I'm full and ready to go. Flavor isn't great, but none of the other pre-workouts I've had so don't confuse me.
