Original liquid only!

There's only one type of Honda power steering fluid, this one. You will need at least 6 of these or two orders of 3 for a standard 4 cylinder Honda or Acura. Only use original fluid, don't worry about others in auto repair shops, give your Honda what it needs. Get a fluid change pump, remove the old fluid from the reservoir, replace with new fluid, turn on the car and turn the wheel lock all the way, turn off the car and repeat the process until you get clear liquid and save yourself $125…

Ideal for DIY replacement

Steering fluid is caustic and should be changed approximately every 3 years. The color of the fluid in my Honda CR-V was very dark and appeared thickened. I just replaced it with this one. 3 bottles were enough for my CR-V. If I go to the mechanic they will charge me a lot of money for this 10 minute job. Also, there is no guarantee as to what type or grade of steering fluid they are using. Buying them and replacing them yourself ensures your Honda is getting exactly what it needs. For the…

Good Things: Oils

If you own a Honda and plan on keeping it running as long as the engine is running (virtually forever) then it's always a good idea to keep your PSF as clean as possible. being. Just grab the pump and pump out the liquid, then start the car and spin the wheels lock to lock, then come back and repeat the process. As soon as the steering wheel starts to wobble, do not turn it all the way to the gear in the steering rack because of possible damage, simply turn slightly on both sides, then fill the

Exactly what my Honda CR-V needs.

I have a 2008 Honda CR-V with about 150,000 miles on it. The power steering pump was dying. The bearing started making noises, seals and O-rings were leaking. I rebuilt the pump in my garage for almost nothing in terms of cost. The most expensive part was actually that power steering fluid. Once the pump was back on the car I flushed the system completely with this new genuine Honda power steering fluid. It works perfectly and is 100% original liquid. The same stuff retails for nearly $20 a…

Original Honda liquid, the way to success!

This review is from: Honda 08206-9002PE Power Steering Fluid 3 Pack, I gradually put a new bottle in reserve after changing the oil, removing an old one each time. With the pressure that the power steering system puts on you it is best to use Honda fluid in your Honda, why risk anything else which could potentially lead to a replacement. For the money and the sheer number of miles you can get from your Honda, it's a very small investment as long as this Civic has clocked up 110,000 miles. My…

Genuine Honda PS Fluid πŸ‘πŸΌ

I bought these 3 packs of Honda PS Fluid to replace fluid that was lost when replacing the PS pump and PS cooler line. After removing the PS reservoir, pump, and two cooling lines, I used this fluid to top off. I filled the tank with half a bottle and started the engine. The pump quickly used up most of the liquid in the reservoir and I used the other half of the bottle to get the reservoir to the bottom of the reservoir. I used another half bottle to fill the reservoir to the top line with the

Genuine product, works perfectly

This is genuine Honda power steering fluid and the only fluid you should use in your Honda if you intend to run your power steering pump for a long time. My pump was making a lot of noise when starting the car and I used these 3 bottles to flush the system. After I was done, the noise was 95% less (there will always be noise) and the steering was much easier to control. If you have not flushed PS liquid for at least 3 years, please buy this pack and do it as soon as possible. Simply empty the…
