Compared with the former before them Gear S3 Classic. The previous Gear S3 had a bottom on/off button that failed, so if I dropped the battery to zero, I wouldn't turn them on without repair. They served me for a long time, wherever they were with me, so I’m not very offended by a breakdown, everything breaks sometime. Without further ado, I decided to take the next model. About the first impressions: the watch became a little thinner, lighter, they began to put on a more decent strap (on Gear it was like cardboard, soaked from a sweaty hand and turned into a rag), the functionality improved a little, new functions were added, they began to respond faster. Vibration feels stronger than the old ones. The battery lasts about 3 days. I won’t say about the sensors, it seems that they all work, the pressure measurement function has not yet been added. As for accuracy, I’ll say right away - this is not an accurate device and you should not expect special accuracy from it in measuring anything other than time! I didn’t like it: on the old ones, the charger looked like a docking station, the clock was very convenient in it, you could connect any cord with micro-USB, there was a “red-green” charge indicator. Now they made an indistinct “penny” with a non-removable cable, without any charge indicators, you have to poke at the watch itself to determine the level of charge. Moreover, Samsung saved on the power supply by not adding it to the kit. Then they would have left one "penny" charger with the ability to connect a type-C cable, it would be more convenient. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase, although, if it were not for the breakdown, I would continue to use the Gear S3.
