We use it to gather data from different sources and integrate them. It has helped us in decision making. The software integrates easily with other programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Google Apps, Salesforce CRM etc.The interface is very well organized, so it’s easy for anyone to use without any training required.It has some glitches that need fixing but overall I am happy about this product. We are able to access our customer information in real time from anywhere using web browsers, mobile phones or computers.
