Very poor packaging for an expensive part
Cat converter was fine but the gasket that came with it was badly damaged. Very bad packaging. The Cat converter rattled in the box along with a gasket that was taped into the box. The cat converter tore holes in the sides of the box and destroyed the seal. Walker is to blame for the bad packaging.
