Serious connection problems

This product is a total disappointment! I couldn't connect the device and it turned out to cost less than a paperweight! The instructions don't record the key components of the setup process and the customer service is useless even if you speak fluent Chinese! Waste of time, resources and energy! I don't even know why Revain sells or endorses this product.

Pros

Connect the feeder to a WI-FI network (2.4G only), then you can feed your cats and dogs from anywhere and anytime with your phone. Easily set up automatic or manual feeding, control feed portions per feeding and 1-4 meals per day at the right time. It is compatible with any phone.
