The large is 35 ounces smaller than the advertised retarded.
Advertisement says 8.25" / 6.25" / 3" but in reality it is like (no top cap but with glass compartment) 7" / 5" / 2.36" ". With measuring cap. just under 8 inches / just under 6 inches and just under 2.5 inches. You get enough nutrition in one of these to fill you up, if you want to mix things up without a lot of care or spills and if you're looking for a little more or at least as advertised or if you're from those big plastic containers like me, this isn't it. I don't know of any other glass containers but they all seem to be advertised the same and look the same in design so maybe they all have something in common.
