As someone who applies makeup first thing in the morning and doesn't have time to reapply or touch up, I need to let my products last most of the day. That's why I-quo lipsticks are something I'm drawn to, although I don't like the way they feel on the lips. Liquid lipsticks can be expensive when it comes to finding good quality ones, so I'm always willing to try cheaper options. The first thing that drew my attention to this set was the variety of shades. They have flesh, pink, purple, red and burgundy. Basically all shades that are considered the most important in each collection. I'm a fair skinned girl and I feel like they would even suit people with a much darker skin tone than me! So this will be a great base set for everyone. I don't know about you, but I'm not thrilled with the way liquid lips feel on my lips. So when it comes to testing other brands, I'm concerned. But considering the price and variety of colors of this set, I wanted to try it. The consistency of the lipstick is thinner than most I've tried. But that didn't seem to stop the color from paying off, as most of the shades were applied in a coat or two. They were easy to apply and had a stiffer applicator so you can keep a sharp, defined line along your lips. Because it's thinner, it doesn't feel as heavy or bulky. It also doesn't feel as dry as most liquid lipsticks I've tried. which I guess. Mine were so dry they just fell off. They hold up well and don't dry out too much. That being said, they don't last as long as some of the regular lipsticks I have. I don't know why, but it seems to me that they don't stay on my lips for more than an hour or two. My regular lipsticks last longer. Of course, they do not crumble and do not leave strange lips. But the pigment fades and you will definitely have to reapply it. So it's not something you can wear and not worry about. You must take them with you when you go for a walk. So I'm deducting a star and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs or wants really long-lasting lipstick. This is a great cheaper alternative to many others and they work great. But they are not durable.
