defective product. Defect found but not fixed, sent to me instead.

Please see the attached pictures to tell the story. The defect of this product is shown in the picture. This part goes between the stem from the handle section and where you attach it to the back. This part has holes on both sides for the pins to pop out. In this part, the holes are slightly lower than required, which keeps the pins from popping out and the parts from connecting. In the first picture you can see a slight indentation. From the factory this was not the case. At first I suspected a malicious person who didn't like that the seller's company had spoiled their goods. Anyway, due to this unevenness I was unable to fit the bar and spoke to support service about the delivery of this part which the person agreed in principle to which although the time frame was not given. Then, on a hunch, I tried pushing the bar inward, thinking that would smooth out the bulge. I was right, I could bring him in; but then i discovered a real flaw in the product: the pin hole was in the wrong place and the pins didn't pop out. There are similar reviews from other customers here. And what a depression planted by the "invader"? It was a previous customer who wanted to expand this gap and use the product (not malicious at all). When that person was unable to do so, he sent it back and the company immediately repackaged it and shipped it to me. That's why you don't get points from me, Mr. Salesman. You wasted my time by sending me a defective product that you don't want to fix. Where do you think it should have ended? I was going to wait for you to send me this part but now I know it won't work anyway so there's no point in leaving it.
